As the students arrived at the court, they were introduced to one of the most delightful lawyers who shared his insight on Judith S. Kaye. The lawyer expressed to the students his appreciation for their enrollment in the Judith S. Kaye High School and conveyed how inspiring of a role model Judith S. Kaye was to many people. Judith S. Kaye was a prominent figure in the legal world, serving as the first woman to be appointed Chief Judge of the State of New York. She was a trailblazer and an inspiration to many. The fact that the lawyer was willing to take the time to accommodate the JSK students and share his knowledge is a testament to the importance of Judith S. Kaye’s legacy.
